1 pouch Barilla Ready Pasta Elbows
6 basil leaves, julienned
1/2 c small mozzarella cheese balls, halved
1 pint grape tomatoes
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Heat pasta in microwave according to package directions.
  2. Pour into a dish and allow to cool.
  3. Combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil and chese in a large bowl.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Add pasta to bowl and stir.  Enjoy!
